At LottieIcon Library, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of your original purchase date—no questions asked.
To be eligible:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You must not have downloaded more than 30 animations from your account.
- The refund must be for a first-time purchase (not a renewal or upgrade).
Non-Eligibility for Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Lifetime deal purchases (as these are discounted one-time offers)
- Subscription renewals (users are responsible for cancelling before renewal date)
- Accounts that have excessive downloads or clear signs of asset abuse
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
How to Request a Refund

- Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We will review and process your request within 3–5 business days.
